Lipatti plays Liszt

Following Bolet's version of the second Petrarch Sonnet setting, here is Dinu Lipatti (audio only). It could almost be a different piece - and in a sense it is. What a touch, and what poetry he elicits both from Liszt's score and from the keyboard!
